Information entered into a project request

The service forms let you enter your name, business name, contact details and project notes. This information remains in your browser until you choose to open WhatsApp. It is then inserted into a WhatsApp message for you to review and send to iMultimedia.

What the website stores

The website records anonymous interaction events such as page views and WhatsApp project-request selections. Each record contains only an event name, page path and timestamp. The analytics system does not store your form answers, contact details, message contents, cookies or IP address.

When you send a message through WhatsApp, your information is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms and is received by iMultimedia for the purpose of responding to your project enquiry and coordinating it with the artist named on the service.

Purpose and retention

Enquiry information is used only to assess, quote and communicate about the requested service. Anonymous interaction records are used to understand website performance and improve the customer journey.

Your rights
